GENERAL BOOKING FAQ’s
How do I know you have received my order?
If you have received your booking confirmation email, and payment is made, then we have your order. We do recommend you check all the booking information is correct.
Please Note: payments made via Apple Pay & Paypal - your order confirmation will go to the email address associated with the payment provider used. Please also check your junk/spam folder. You are looking for an an email from firstname.lastname@example.org
I have not received my order confirmation?
Please check your spam/junk folder and payment provider email account. You can also search for email@example.com. Booking confirmations come from this email address firstname.lastname@example.org
please contact email@example.com if no confirmation in the above instances.
My order is still showing as ‘processing/awaiting processing’ have you received it?
When an order is placed online, the order status will show as ‘awaiting processing’ this could be right up until the week of event! Once we have processed your order, this will then show as ‘processing’ This means we have added your details required as per your booking. After the event, your order will show as ‘delivered’
What happens after I have placed my order?

What is your refund policy if I can no longer make the event or my private reading?
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds if you can no longer attend an event or a private reading and it is less than 48hrs notice. We advise you offer to friends and family. Verified resellers are permitted to resell, however, we request you make us aware before doing this. We monitor fake sellers on social media. Thank you. You can read our full terms ‘here’
Do you have a contact telephone number and do you take orders over the telephone?
Yes, we take orders and queries over the phone, please call; 01709 437700. Mon-Fri 9am-5pm

I have purchased tickets online, how do I get these please?
We do not post tickets out. You will receive your ticket/wristband on the door, on the night of the event. You will just need your booking/payment email address to collect them.
Can I get a physical ticket?
You can buy physical tickets from the venue for most of Grant’s events. Information on the event posters.
Can I buy a ticket on the night?
Tickets are to be purchased before the night of the event. Many of Grant’s shows sell out, however, if there were tickets left available on the night, then yes, you could buy on the door.
Do you get allocated seating?
For most of Grant's events, you would choose your own seating. The exception would be for disabled access tickets & box office ticket sales, such as theatres etc.
There is a big group of us arriving, could you reserve seating together for us?
While we cannot guarantee seats, we will do our best to reserve your seating. We would still reccommend someone from the group arriving early to save the groups seating.
I am disabled, do you offer access?
While we are not responsible for the venues disabled access, we will of course do everything we can. If you or a person in the group has a disability, please add some comments on to the booking so we can make adaptions where available.
The event has sold out, but I need one more ticket, can you help?
Please get in touch at email@example.com we can check with the venue for you.
Can my son/daughter come, they are 17 years old?
Sorry, it is strictly 18+ only at all of Grants events.
I forgot about the event, can I change to another event please?
Sorry, tickets are non transferable after the night of the event. In certain circumstances, we may allow tickets to be changed to a different venue, where more than 48hrs notice has been given.
What happens if an event has been cancelled?
If an event has to be postponed or cancelled, you would be offered to transfer to the new date, exchange of tickets to another show, or a full refund. Customer always decides.
Can I bring someone with me to my Reading?
You are welcome to bring someone along with you, however, Grant's Face to Face Readings are strictly via 1-1 only. This means that your friend would have to wait in the waiting area while you had your Reading.
What happens during a private reading?
During the reading, Grant will connect to his guides and people whom have passed over to the spirit world connected to the sitter, using his clairvoyant abilities. Grant also gives you the opportunity to have your cards read, to take notes and to ask any questions you may have throughout and at the end of your reading.
Do you do group readings?
Sorry, Grant does not take bookings for group readings. Groups are welcome to book, but all readings would be on a one in one out basis. Why not book to see Grant at one of his events - This is the only time you could receive a Reading as a group!
Can you visit me in my home and do house parties?
We get asked this a lot, and sadly, no. Grant does not offer parties or visiting people in their home.
Can I record my reading?
This is a very strict, No. Anyone found recording would have their reading terminated, and asked to leave.
I need to change my booking, how do I do this?
Appointments can be rescheduled up to 48 hours before your appointment in the event of an emergency. Please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your booking number.
Do you do reading’s at events?
Sorry, Grant does not offer this.
Do you offer disabled access?
Yes, the building is disabled friendly.
